This policy explains how digital products and services are delivered and when refunds may be issued.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via download link and/or email following successful payment. Access may also be provided through your account dashboard.

Services

Professional services (such as script coverage or consulting) are delivered according to the scope and timeline described at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and professional services:

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
• Services are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased digital product, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges or clear billing errors.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of access to products or services.
